G R Bletcher & Sons identified their North Moor Farm at Crowle for the introduction of a 5,000-tonne grain store featuring an advanced design and specification. The store was constructed and split into four individual storage areas and the building incorporated eco-friendly technology as part of the client’s key requirements.
One elevation of the building’s roof was fitted with photovoltaic cells to provide renewable energy and a small electric substation was built to accommodate the additional equipment. Harrison oversaw the construction of the building and energy installations within the required schedule and budget. We are experienced in working on agricultural developments which utilise renewable energy.
