This dormer bungalow was designed and built to provide levels of luxury and space which are rarely found in today’s new homes market. Harrison designed and constructed the property to a detailed brief outlined by the client. The design stage was an especially important process as the property is situated in a Conservation Area and its appearance needed to harmonise with its surrounding in accordance with the local authority’s requirements. The choice of external materials, including the brick finish and roof tiles, reflected the area’s vernacular architecture.
Also included in the build were many unique features, including exposed oak trusses to the sun room. Harrison utilised our in-house manufacturing capabilities to fabricate many elements of the building – including the oak trusses - in our workshop at Eastoft. This enables us to apply maximum quality control and ensure exceptional levels of craftsmanship.
